Mary is losing it!
I am back after 8 months with great news!!

It is September 7, 2012 and I have found new motivation and have been kicking butt!

I have learned this week that the hardest part of losing weight is not what foods to eat or how much I should exercise but instead is finding and keeping the motivation for weight loss. It is the determination and the drive. I really want this lately…I can taste it I want it so bad and I’m hungry for it…no pun intended ;)

Starting at 255lbs I am so close to not only a 50lb loss but I am weighing in at 206.8 which means I am ridiculously close to being less than 200lbs! Ah to see 199.9 will be amazing…just the thought of looking down at a scale that I AM standing on that is telling me 199.9 will be like watching magic happen!

I just hope that this motivation stays with me and brings me to the end of my weight loss journey at whatever number that ends up being but for not I’m enjoying the journey and am excited for what is next!

What I ate today! 12/31/2011 Happy New Years!

Breakfast: an orange

Lunch: Subway veggie delight 6in, baked bbq chips and a diet coke

Dinner: Nachos <—New Years Eve tradition FAIL! =) I havent eaten them yet but I plan to.

Oops: Strawberry shortcake ice cream pop + a mini york peppermint patty…cookies..

So today there will be damage done and I totally binged !I will just hope that Sunday will be good enough to see a loss on Mondays weigh in.
