What I ate today! 12/31/2011 Happy New Years!
Breakfast: an orange
Lunch: Subway veggie delight 6in, baked bbq chips and a diet coke
Dinner: Nachos <—New Years Eve tradition FAIL! =) I havent eaten them yet but I plan to.
Oops: Strawberry shortcake ice cream pop + a mini york peppermint patty…cookies..
So today there will be damage done and I totally binged !I will just hope that Sunday will be good enough to see a loss on Mondays weigh in.

What I ate today! 12/30/2011
Brunch: 8pc sushi crunch roll + Diet coke
Dinner: Lean Cuisine spinach and mushroom pizza + water
Oops: Strawberry ice cream pop and two fig newton cookies….OiNk!
Modification at 11PM: Coffee w/ vanilla caramel creamer + splenda
Today I really didnt eat much and that is because I am on a medication that is killing my appetite and when I do eat more…well…bad things happen haha :) Plus I have been so stressed out about my upcoming move across country.
A weird experience: When I am on a diet I usually eventually find the foods that work for me and that I dont get sick of…If you notice in all my food logs I have very similar things that I eat everyday and sushi every friday…the reason for this is because when I find something that works for me then it can only go one of two ways…I either get tired of the same stuff and blow my diet OR I continue to eat the same day after day and become terrified to stray from my routine fearing that my change in food will cause a weight gain…Example: Id like to consider having eggs or something else for breakfast but I have been eating toast so much that Im scared if I dont eat toast I will go off my diet haha…Is that crazy? Its just what im experiencing right now.

Breakfast: 2 pieces of white toast with parkay spray butter + water
Lunch: 1 individual bag of smart choice popcorn + cherry coke ZERO
Dinner: Lean Cuisine pizza + Coffee with vanilla caramel creamer and splenda
Snack: A few pieces of homemade beef jerky
Today was a pretty decent day considering my cravings were out of control all day and I resisted the urge to cheat on my diet! Since I had that horribly bad grilled cheese yesterday I think my body was trying to go back to bad eating habbits today and I am just glad I made it out of the day without effing it all up.

Breakfast: 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with peanut butter
Lunch: 2 Frozen burritos…oops
Dinner: Pork with white rice and black beans
Oops:Those damn M&M’s got me again and I was sucked in by a bag of fruit snacks at the Target checkout…wah wah waaaah.
What I ate today! 12/23/2011
Breakfast: 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with peanut butter + water
Lunch: 8pc sushi crunch roll and a diet coke
Dinner: 8 Chicken nuggets and some scallop garlic potatoes + water
Ooops: Too many M&M’s but they were red and green celebratory ones :P +water
I have no idea the amount of calories because I havent been tracking calories. I eat just enough to feel full and stop and it seems to be working :)
