Today I really didnt eat much and that is because I am on a medication that is killing my appetite and when I do eat more…well…bad things happen haha :) Plus I have been so stressed out about my upcoming move across country.
A weird experience: When I am on a diet I usually eventually find the foods that work for me and that I dont get sick of…If you notice in all my food logs I have very similar things that I eat everyday and sushi every friday…the reason for this is because when I find something that works for me then it can only go one of two ways…I either get tired of the same stuff and blow my diet OR I continue to eat the same day after day and become terrified to stray from my routine fearing that my change in food will cause a weight gain…Example: Id like to consider having eggs or something else for breakfast but I have been eating toast so much that Im scared if I dont eat toast I will go off my diet haha…Is that crazy? Its just what im experiencing right now.
