What I ate today! 12/27/2011

Brunch: Pita bread with spinach and atrichoke dip

Snack: Zucchini chips with zucchini dip <-I need a dehydrator because these came out kind of mushy

Dinner: Pasta with sauce + Hot cocoa w/ mini marshmallows

and lots of water! Pretty decent day. I would have liked to get in some meat and maybe some more nutritious foods because I feel like I was snacking today instead of having meals but all in all it was a good day.

What I ate today! 12/26/2011

Breakfast: 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with peanut butter + water

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Pita slices with spinach and artichoke dip + water

Dinner: Lean Cuisine barbeque chicken pizza + water

oops: Nothing! It was a great day and I did awesome!

Snack: mini york peppermint patty and some zucchini chips I saw right here on tumblr..Yum! Thanks everyone!

Note: Even though I do not count calories on my diet I do keep track of junk calories and the york peppermint is 50 calories. Not bad for a late night chocolate fix.

Weigh in Monday’s!

Its that time again!! The start of a fresh week! After all the holiday treats and the lack of excercise and the foods that I probablys should have skipped…*DRUMROLL*

I still managed to lose 2.9lbs this week!! I am so frigan excited I cant stand it! I feel like I just got lucky this week. Although that is a awesome weight loss and I did reach my mini goal of 229.9 I just want to say that it was not without struggle. This was a very tough week and I did see lots of weight fluctuations throughout the week both loss and gain and I really didnt know what to expect when I weighed myself this morning. I felt like I would never get out of the 230’s but FINALLY I did it!

Where I am at…

Starting weight: 250lbs  Current weight: 229.9   Mini goal weight: 225.9

I slept in today and Breakfast turned into…

Brunch: 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with peanut butter

Snack: Apple

Dinner: Lean Cuisine cheese pizza

Oops: A couple M&M’s but not enough to beat myself up over

& A couple glasses a water

I know it doesnt look like much food for a whole day but I was busy cleaning and I wasnt feeling my best today plus tomorrow is my weigh in and this week hasnt been the best so I just wanted to go easy today.

Dinner: Pork with white rice and black beans

Oops:Those damn M&M’s got me again and I was sucked in by a bag of fruit snacks at the Target checkout…wah wah waaaah.
