I am back after 8 months with great news!!
It is September 7, 2012 and I have found new motivation and have been kicking butt! I have learned this week that the hardest part of losing weight is not what foods to eat or how much I should exercise but instead is finding and keeping the motivation for weight loss. It is the determination and the drive. I really want this lately…I can taste it I want it so bad and I’m hungry for it…no pun...

What I ate today! 12/31/2011 Happy New Years!
Breakfast: an orange Lunch: Subway veggie delight 6in, baked bbq chips and a diet coke Dinner: Nachos <—New Years Eve tradition FAIL! =) I havent eaten them yet but I plan to. What I ate today! 12/30/2011
Brunch: 8pc sushi crunch roll + Diet coke Dinner: Lean Cuisine spinach and mushroom pizza + water Oops: Strawberry ice cream pop and two fig newton cookies….OiNk! Modification at 11PM: Coffee w/ vanilla caramel creamer + splenda Today I really didnt eat much and that is because I am on a medication that is killing my appetite and when I do eat more…well…bad things happen haha...

Breakfast: 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with peanut butter Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwhich with curly fries and a soda…FAIL Dinner: A couple bites of mac&cheese …i was still feeling guilty about lunch Snack: Nutrigrain bar (strawberry) Oops: There was no room for anymore bad food today. I bought a dehydrator!
Ok so I’ve had this Bed Bath & Beyond gift card that I have been hanging onto for a few weeks that I got from bank account reward points.  Thanks to Tumblr I have discovered zucchini chips which I have attempted to make now a couple times and they always come out soft and not crispy like chips!
